--Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours after receiving the item.
--The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund. For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
--We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.
--It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.

The gown may be folded inside out in case the beading or lacing will be damaged. Also, the dress and gown will be well packed in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after you receive the dress. Well, just feel free to contact us, if you also like the package to be custom made.

1. We recommend that you get a qualified seamstress or get someone else to measure your dress size.
2. To make sure the measurements are accurate, please measure with your wedding undergarments not over other clothing and remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.
3. Also, the wedding undergarments should suit to your wedding dress, please note about it.
