NEED IT FAST? -- SAME DAY Expedited
Express Shipping
• Express shipping options of UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business
days in transit) or UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day in
transit) are available for additional charges as shown in the
auction.
• If you choose expedited shipping and pay BEFORE 1pm
Central Time on a business day, we can ship your item out the
same day. Expedited shipping items paid 1pm CT or later will
ship the next business day.
US
Shipping
• Your purchase will be shipped quickly within 1-2 business
after we receive your payment.
• Shipping is as described for this particular item (via
FedEx or USPS). On many USPS items, you can pick First Class
or Priority depending how fast you want it! See auction for
details.
• FedEx shipping includes full insurance for ALL items
and Signature Confirmation for higher value items.
• In-transit delivery times can be up to 10 days for USPS
First Class and Priority – USPS transit time is not guaranteed
and is out of our control.
• A tracking number (for FedEx) or delivery confirmation
number (for USPS) will be emailed to you the day your item ships
for your convenience so you know when to expect delivery.
• Stated shipping costs are for the 48 states only. Please
contact us prior to bidding for shipping costs to US addresses
outside the 48 states, since FedEx and USPS do charge more to
ship to those addresses.
• We combine shipping on multiple item purchases to save
you money. Ask us for a combined invoice BEFORE you pay!
Payment Methods
• We accept payments via PayPal and Visa/Mastercard
• Please note that if you pay with an PayPal e-check,
we are not paid by PayPal for several days – until the
e-check clears. Your order will not ship until your Paypal notifies
us your e-check cleared.
Returns
We want satisfied customers and want
you to shop with confidence with us. Therefore, please contact
us FIRST if you have any issues. After you let us know about
the issue, we do take returns as described:
• Please contact us first.
• All returns are for a refund of the product cost only
(not shipping) – and are not for an exchange
• All returns must be in brand new shape in the complete
original packaging.
• We charge a 5% of total price restocking charge to cover
our costs, fees, etc.
• We will refund your original product price less the
restocking fee (and you pay shipping).
• If you would like a repair or replacement instead of
a return, please contact the manufacturer. Items are covered
by the manufacturer’s warranty
However, if we made a mistake (sent the wrong item, description
is materially wrong), we will pay all your shipping for a return
– but please contact us right away so we can make it right
for you!
Combined Shipping Details
Combined shipping means we will ship
multiple items purchased within a 3-day period and shipped together
at a reduced rate to help save you money. The shipping charge
on combined shipping is calculated as follows:
• Item with the most expensive shipping charge ships at
the full stated shipping charge for that item.
• Each additional item ships at approximately one-half
of the stated shipping cost for each item.
• Select large items cannot be combined in shipping due
to size or weight.
If you want to know the exact savings, please email BEFORE you
make your purchases. To receive a combined shipping discount,
please email us before you pay requesting a combined total invoice
to pay. We cannot combine shipping after you have already paid
for one or more items (must be on one single combined invoice
to get the combined shipping savings).
Hours of Operations
We are open Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM central
time. We try to answer all questions within 1 business day or
less. Please use the eBay message system when you send us a
question as sometimes our spam filter may block your email.
If you have a technical question on a product, please also visit
the manufacturer web site - most have great sites that will
answer your questions.
