 Shipping Handling
- It will be shipped within 2 working days via UPS Ground
or FedEx. Shipping charges to the 48 states is listed this eBay auction
page. Please review the page for this information. We don't ship to APO.
FPO. PO BOX or Non US address.
We only ship to the address which can be confirmed by you credit card
company.
- If any cartons or parts are missing or
damaged, please be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you
notice concealed damage after carrier has left, keep all the packing
and call freight carrier to inspect the damage and file a claim.

If your bike is manufacturers defect, we will send you the parts to
fix the problem when reasonable.

Also take picture
and send to us if have ant defect or damage. We will send
replacements. We'll not response for any don't have confirm pictures.
- Bikes arrive mostly assembled with
some minimal assembly required.
- For safety, we and manufactory are not
able to provide any assistance with assembly or any help with
instruction manual and strongly recommend you to contact your local
bicycle shop for assembly and any adjustment. We are not responsible
for the labor fee and damages incurred because of improper assembly.
Payment
We accept credit
cards through PayPal. You must
make the payment within 7 day of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will
be forfeited after 14 days
Return Police
If box be
Opened/assembled bicycle will not be accepted return and
exchange.
Bike be returned on damaged and scratched merchandise . We'll send
a new bike when receive the returned bike. Refund will not be accepted
Unopened/Unassembled Bicycle
We have a 7 days return period if bike unopened/Unassembled, we must be notified within 7 days from delivery date.
Please
contact us by email to obtain the RMA number (return merchandise
authorization) before shipping the product back.
. Return product for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fees.
. Product return for refund must be in unopened, unused, original
sealed retail condition.

. Defective item reported within the 5 days return period can only
be exchange, refund will not be issue for defective product in any
