Make sure you size the plumbing fittings correctly:
Pump plumbing sizes are nominal, and not actual outside dimensions (OD) of the threaded intake or discharge.
Most 2.0" pumps will have an thread measurement outside diameter (OD) of about 3" across for the intake and discharge. Check your old pump so you don't
buy the wrong size.
WARNING!
Don't waste good money on a used pump (rebuilt motor)...
Some sellers are putting so-called "rebuilt" or "refurbished" motors on new wet ends. In many cases these are junked motors retrofitted with Chinese bearings,
then given a quick coat of black paint. These motors are weak, unreliable, often noisy, and will fail prematurely. Read their fine print-- if you see the words "rebuilt,
remanufactured, or refurbished" -- buyer beware.
Motors and wet ends are brand new, not used. You are assured to be getting what you pay for.
