PCPro and WebPro allow for online HTML-based programming access using Windows®-based PC Pro or the browser-based Web Pro. By using browser software with easy-to-follow wizards, programming time is reduced, error-free and simplified. The intuitive programming interface has a familiar Windows® look.

By building features into the system, the IPK II integration is superior — cost-effective, scalable and seamless.
InMail is a digitally linked in-switch voice mail system residing on the system's CPU. This 2- or 4-port system provides sophisticated features including Answering Machine Emulation for call screening and Conversation Recording.

InACD (Automatic Call Distribution) distributes calls evenly among employees and provides initial and repetitive announcements that encourage callers to remain on the line. A caller can leave a message if the person chooses to receive a callback from an agent.

Networking Capabilities

The ADTRAN T1 Channel Service Unit (CSU) Advanced
Communications Equipment (ACE) provides the T1 interface between this phone system and your premises other equipment (such as channel banks, T1 multiplexers) and your chosen carrier network.

The unit complies with Part 68 of FCC Rules and with applicable sections of AT&T 62411, ANSI T1.102 and ANSI T1. 403.

The unit provides functions such as surge protection, signal regeneration, alarms, loopbacks necessary for circuit operation and fault isolation.

The unit is transparent to ESF or SF framing formats and AMI or B8ZS line coding.
