We currently only offer shipping to the Continental United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  • We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
  • We do not yet offer overnight or expedited shipping.

We will ship via UPS and other premium carriers to ensure expedited service. When you order by 3pm EST, most orders ship the same day and you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. However, please note that some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and/or oversized items may take longer to receive.

In order to minimize the risk of delaying your shipping, please be sure that the information you provide is accurate and correct. Also note that any of the following may delay your shipping:

  • Incorrect spelling of name
  • Incorrect address
  • Shipping address doesn't match billing address
  • Carrier failure to deliver (this is usually caused by inclement weather conditions)
  • Credit card approval issues

Return Policy

Bought the wrong item or what you bought wasn't the right fit for you? With our "No Problem!" return policy, we make returns easy. All you will need to do is contact us for a return authorization number.

  • Simply call our Customer Care Team at 1-888-724-3561 for a ojmedical return authorization number.
  • In order to track your return, we require that all returns be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly.
  • Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product.
  • The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage.
  • All of our products are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Personalized or customized items may not be returned.
