NurTech Technology, LLC, was established in 2006, our company is built on trust, integrity, strong family and business values. We are a privately owned small business, located in Beltsville, MD.
We specialize in providing end-of-life services for the disposal and resale of electronic and computer equipment. In 2006, NurTech Technology business started off as an Asset Management of recycled goods, our company has grown and expanded.
We established our license for electronics recycling and evolved in recycling business. We operate a 12,000 square foot facility. This houses our recycling, technical and administrative team. We are an environmentally sound company that cares about the Environment.
Our team consists of dedicated employees, who also cares about out earth and want to do their part to keep our earth green. This is what makes our company strong and constantly growing. Here at NurTech Technology our team of experts is very flexible, attentive responsive and “Quality Work” is our number one goal.
OUR STANDARDS :
Having a powerfull computer for your home or business is too important. Our standards are higher than any other company in the industry that's why our products have 30-Day warranty! (Most of our competitors only offer 15-days!)
Our technicians inspect one-by-one each computers. This process is conducted from inside to outside. Starting with a capacitor inspection (to make sure they are not swollen or leaky) and ending with a cosmetic condition assessment, we strive to ensure you receive a computer you can rely on for years and years to come.
Some of our computers may have minor scratches depending of their ages. However, they are all in excellent working conditions
PAYMENTS :
- Paypal is preferred.
- If you require a different method of payment, please contact us via phone or email.
- Immediate Payment is required after the Winning Bid
- Payments made via Paypal must have confirmed shipping addresses. If you do not have a confirmed address or your preferred ship-to address differs at all from your confirmed address, please CONFIRM your address BEFORE purchasing.
WARRANTY :
We offer a 30-Day warranty on all parts and labor for our computers. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us at any time and one of our techs will be more than happy to assist you over the phone. If your problem cannot be resolved, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement in expedited fashion. Contact us at 301-937-0393 10AM-5PM EST.
- We provide 3 days to claim a refund for any computer not working properly within the first 3 days of arrival.
- Refunds will be issued less our original shipping/handling cost.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping for any malfunctioning items within warranty past the first seven days.
- RMA numbers will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty.
