Combined Shipping & Handling Cost:

Multiple winning items will be combined to save on shipping.  I must stress please always wait for my invoice when purchasing multiple items so the invoice will reflect a combined shipping discount.  The Ebay calculator does not calculate the costs correctly for multiple items and this results in shipping underpayment, overpayment, excess charges by Ebay to the seller and extra time refunding partial refunds or issuing a second invoice for additional shipping.

Our shipping rates across Canada, the United States and worldwide are determined based upon the weight of the parcel, according to rates set by Canada Post.  We charge shipping at cost plus a small handling fee to offset the cost of packaging materials.

For a small or light item that can fit in a bubble envelope, we always absorb the cost of a padded envelope and there is no handling charge.  A fragile or large item requires a box and will have a small handling cost of $2 to $3 depending on the amount of packing supplies used.

We are committed to getting your items to you safely. Please keep in mind that shipping is more than what a carrier charges us. We pride ourselves on getting your treasures to you safely and to offset some of the shipping overhead costs we incorporate a small handling fee. Please take this into consideration when leaving feedback.

I politely request that all items be paid for within 7 days.

Shipping:

Items are shipped 24-48 hours of receiving payment excluding weekends and national holidays.  It can take Canada Post up to 6 days to deliver in Canada and 6 to 12 business days for U.S. delivery.  Parcels being shipped to the U.S. and overseas will need to be cleared by that country's customs department.  Occasionally this also can slow down the delivery process.  Any delay of slow delivery by Canada Post or the U.S. postal service are out of the sellers control once the items leave their hands.  Please be patient. 

***International Buyers – Please Note:  Cost of shipping and any duties is the responsibility of purchaser.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We can not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - Canadian, U.S. and International government regulations prohibit this. 

Communication:

I ship fast, I package well, and I communicate and describe items for sale to the best of my abilities!  But, I am human and am subject to making mistakes.  Please be gracious in your ratings unless there is actually a problem.  If there is a problem, please email me first so we can work it out.  I highly value my Seller's reputation, feedback, and my repeat customers!  I strive to provide a FIVE STAR transaction for each customer…...  Please let me know if I did not!

eBay has instituted a 5 star rating system (DSR) to rate sellers on 4 categories - how well the item is described, communications, delivery times and shipping costs.  There is much confusion about the DSR ratings, what they really mean, and how they are actually used by Ebay to rate sellers.

As you leave star ratings during the Feedback process, Ebay will instruct you that a 4 star rating is good. But, did you know that a seller is penalized by Ebay for receiving only four out of five stars?  Many buyers don't realize it, but eBay now counts anything below a "5" detailed star rating against sellers.  Anything less than "5" can mean our items will be harder to find in search, or our seller fees will be higher.

So I ask that you take a moment before leaving my rating --- I hope you will consider the quality of my packing (even with my low S&H charges!), the date of shipment, the communication I have provided, and the accuracy of my descriptions!
