We accept: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal Checkout.
Orders shipped within Florida will be subject to a 6% sales tax on the total sales price, excluding shipping & handling.
Please understand that when making payments through PayPal eCheck, your payment is not cleared automatically. It usually takes 3-5 business days in order for PayPal to clear your payment.
When you make a payment through any of our accepted payment methods, please make sure the shipping address is correct. Invalid or incomplete address will delay your shipment and the shipping offers will not apply.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
- Due to security and fraud reasons, we will not accept address change requests over e-mail.
- We only ship to PayPal registered addresses, so please make sure to register your correct shipping address prior to making the payment. You can add a different shipping address under Profile on your PayPal account.
- At the time of checkout please make sure to select the correct shipping address.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
- All payments using a credit card are verified and can only be shipped to your confirmed 'billing address'.
- If you would like to ship the item to a different address, we will require a copy of the credit card, valid identification and a signed form authorizing the purchase.
- All International orders will be required to provide the above information.
- If such information is not provided, your order will be cancelled.

expectations. All products will be shipped from our Florida Warehouse Location.
We have two shipping offers: 'FREE Same BUSINESS Day Shipping' and 'Ships in 1 Business Day FREE'. Please check product shipping offer on the specifications section of the listing.

FREE SAME BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped on the same BUSINESS day, if payment is CLEARED before 2pm EST(Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays).
We only ship to registered addresses, so please make sure that the provided shipping address is correct and valid. The same BUSINESS day shipping service will not apply, if the provided address is invalid or incomplete.
We can only guarantee the service that we provide, please understand that even though your order will be shipped on the same BUSINESS day, we cannot guarantee delivery time for the package, only the United States Postal Service can do that. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has been processed.
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
- International Orders.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Invalid or Incomplete addresses.
- Payment made through PayPal eCheck.
SHIPS IN 1 BUSINESS DAY FREE
Orders will be processed and shipped in 1 Business Day, if payment is CLEARED before 10am EST (Monday-Friday,
excluding US Federal Holidays). Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. We have a 98% record of shipping on time.
Example 1: If you order a product and your payment clears on Tuesday at 10am EST, we will ship it on Tuesday.
Example 2: If you order a product and your payment clears on Friday at 10am EST, we will ship it on Monday.
Example 3: If you order a product and your payment clears on Monday at 3pm EST, we will ship it on Wednesday.

- Items will be shipped after the payment has been cleared. Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Office. The Delivery Time is approximately 1 - 2 business days for Express Mail, 2 - 4 business days for Priority Mail, 2-6 business days for First Class Mail and 6 – 10 business for Express International Mail, (but not include Saturday & Sunday), which depends on the speed of the postal service.
- LOCAL PICKUP NOT AVAILABLE: All orders purchased online must be shipped.
- During checkout, the lowest-cost shipping method will be selected by checkout. If you would like faster service options, those are available at discount rates from the shipping drop-down box.
- Wholesale (quantity) orders may be shipped with UPS Ground, according to our discretion.
- The shipping and handling fee for extra services covers packing, warehouse, distribution cost, etc which is not just for postage only.
- Seller reserve the rights not to ship to an unconfirmed address for winning bids using PayPal. Payment will be refund (PayPal payment) for unacceptable orders & those orders will also be cancelled.
- If the package is returned to us for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.
- If the package is lost or damaged during the delivery time, a claim can be filed with the United States Postal Services. So, please if you haven't receive your package in a timely manner contact us immediately.
- Please contact us via e-mail before returning the defective item. We'll guide you through easy steps, to make sure your exchange is processed as smooth as possible. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, under any circumstances.
International Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

4 Ways of Adding Warranty

RETURNS
If you experience any problems, first contact 24hrsDeals for technical support. If a repair or exchange is necessary, you will be e-mailed the service authorization number along with packing instructions.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for return and/ or cancellation according to our discretion.
Save the original box and packing materials. They are specially designed to protect your unit during transit. If the unit is not shipped in the original shipping box for repairs, the repaired unit will be returned in the proper packaging and the customer will be charged additional fees. USPS or UPS will not honor insurance claims if the product is not properly packaged.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns or cancellation other than defective product to cover eBay fees, final auction value and PayPal fees.
Damages caused by wear and tear(ie: Damaged Screen, Scratches, Water Damage, etc.), improper packing or shipping by the buyer are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Prior to returning any product for repair or replacement, Buyer must obtain written approval from us. We will not be liable for nor accept any non-conforming products unless it has approved their return in writing. A description of the malfunction or defect shall be enclosed with the product being returned. When products have been returned after the expiration of the warranty period for the particular product, repair or replacement cost will be estimated prior to work commencing, resulting in a new purchase order.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit for the buyer in the same amount paid minus the shipping chargers
