Tension-Adjustable Pinchrollers
To cut costs, some cutters use vacuum hold-downs instead of a center pinchroller. But vacuum systems don’t improve tracking and can even diminish tracking by interfering with the smooth travel of the media. (Critical to tracking accuracy.)

Who is the typical R-Series Value Cutter customer?
There are several good reasons why someone chooses to purchase a R-Series Value Cutter, the number one reason is that you are just starting out in business, with limited funds and just want to get conserve your cash, get started and see if it all works out. The second most common reason is that your business just needs vinyl letters from time to time and to save money, you want to cut them yourself. And then you want a vinyl cutter for personal reasons and last but not least, you simply don’t have the funds to purchase a Pro model at this time. If the above reasons sound like your reasons, then the R-Series Value Cutter is right for you. Now if if you are planning or needing to cut vinyl on a regular basis or all the time, then we would recomend that you look at our Q-Series. Oh, and one other reason you might look at a R-Series is that, they are also perfect for a backup cutter if you have a lot of overflow work or if your main cutter is in for servicing.
Do we charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged to residents of Texas (8.25%) and Kentucky (6.0%).

What is our return policy?
We stand behind every item we sell with a 30 day Money Back! The 30 days starts when you receive the cutter. If you are unsatisfied with your cutter, you may return it for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee. There is no refund on any freight charges. Buyer must email us at eBayRMA@signwarehouse.com requesting a RMA number, you will be sent, by email the RMA number. Buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge. Return shipping must be made by United Parcel Service, plus it must not only be covered by insurance, but it must include a tracking number. The cutter will need to be in like new condition and carefully packaged in the original box with all of the accessories. If the cutter arrives damaged, and the damage is not covered by insurance, you will be responsible for the damage that will be deducted from your refund.
What is our defective merchandise policy?
* We will exchange/replace defective merchandise after we receive the item back. Cost of shipping equipment back to our location is the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds or credits.
* Defective on Arrival situation must be noticed and reported to SignWarehouse within 15 days after delivery.
* Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
* RMA number is required for all returns. Units without an RMA will be refused. Please call us before you return the item.
* Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.

What is the warranty on this auction?
To keep your initial start up cost to a minimum, this Vinyl Express Value Cutter Series auction package comes with a parts and labor equipment warranty. Warranties can be handled two ways. If a Signwarehouse technician determines a part is necessary to repair the cutter, you may send us the unit to have the part installed and tested, or Signwarehouse technicians may send you the part so you may perform the repair yourself. If you request a part be sent for self repair, a Credit Card Authorization form will be required for all parts sent to ensure the prompt return of the defective part. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to return the defective part within 15-days of receiving the replacement part. If the Signwarehouse technical department is unable to repair the unit back to factory condition it may be replaced with a certified demo machine which will assume the original warranty period of the defective device. Shipping is not included in any Signwarehouse warranties and it is the sole responsibility of the end user to pay for shipping of all items to and from Signwarehouse. Warranty work and parts are not covered outside of the specified warranty period.
Miscellaneous information
Mistakes or typographical errors as determined by SignWarehouse in auctions copy will not be honored. Any other SignWarehouse promotions, special offers and/or rebates do not apply to these auctions.
