For shipments to Georgia addresses, we are required by State law to collect 7% Sales Tax.

Shipping

Please use combined checkout. Expedited shipping items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. If you choose the $2.99 economy shipping rate your package will be shipped FedEx SmartPost and you should allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. There will be additional charges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please message for an exact quote. At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, if you are interested in an international purchase you may email us for a USPS international shipping rate quote.

Return Policy

Here at Timeless Settings, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You are welcome to return any items within 7 days of receiving your order. If there is any reason that you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will gladly refund your money on the merchandise only. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges, and please make sure that the package is insured.

How do I return my order?

Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order or provide an incorrect delivery address, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Using our Standard Return Policy:

• Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

• We advise insuring the package with the carrier.
• Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the package in case there are any issues during transit.
• Please note: unless the return is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a refund via PayPal to the PayPal account that was used to place the order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please email us at the email address provided on our Return Policy Page, including a picture of the damaged goods. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
