Return and Exchange: Your purchase is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
· Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
· Item must be returned in the same condition that you received it including the item original box
· Do not put tape or labels directly onto the itembox
· The S&H fees are not refundable (for items purchased with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the payment)
· The customer is responsible for paying a $10 restocking fee
· Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after returned item is received
· For exchanges we will waive the restocking fee, but the customer is still responsible for all shipping/handling costs back to us and then reshipping/handling fees for the return shipment to the customer.
Cancelled Orders: If you win a bid and change your mind, you can either exchange your winning bid for another of our available inventory items of equal or lesser value, or you can pay a $10 restocking fee.
Feedback: Positive feedback will be posted for all of our buyers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. Our feedback is usually posted every Friday night.
Pickup Service: Sorry no local pickups. We don't have a store.
