Shipping Policy
Most items are shipped the next business day unless otherwise specified in item listing - Check item listing for specific ship time. You'll get an automated shipping email when your package ships. We use USPS and FedEx Ground (Home Delivery). We offer affordable combined shipping! You pay the regular shipping price for the heaviest item and $3.00 each for additional item shipped domestically ($4 internationally). Our standard international shipment is by international 1st class mail. For larger or more expensive items the item will be sent by international priority mail. Those services have a customs number but no tracking number. Both of those services can take up to four or five weeks unless there are customs delays which will extend the delivery time. If you want faster delivery or a tracking number please upgrade to International Express Mail. Because of different package requirements we might not be able to ship to your country for larger items. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by your local postal service or delivery company. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Checkout Info
You can checkout for your purchase by clicking on the checkout link on the auction page or the checkout link in an email you receive from us. Our checkout automatically combines all of your items and gives you a combined shipping charge. So wait until you've finished shopping before checking out. If paying by Paypal there is a yellow checkout with Paypal link on the first page. Clicking that will take you to the log-in at Paypal.

Bikewagon sells high-performance bike parts and accessories at discount prices. We are an authorized dealer for many of the best names in the cycling industry: Easton, Ritchey, FSA and Giro and many others. We also offer clearance prices on a wide variety of closeouts from shops and distributers all over the country. Based in Salt Lake City, we can ship most orders worldwide, and we pride ourselves on sending your items out quickly and accurately.
Okay, so with the official stuff out of the way, let's tell you about the people at Bikewagon. Basically, we're a bunch of pretty cool guys and gals trying to run an online business where all cyclists like to shop.
Some of us are into road racing, some of us are mountain bikers, and some of us (or at least one of us) are fixie nuts. Most of us are fairly young, but we have a few more experienced people around to keep us on track.
