We generally ship items using the USPS, however we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. We strive to ship packages same day or next day after payment. We ask you to please allow at least 7-10 WORKING DAYS for shipping before you contact us. We happily offer multiple item shipping discounts however we DO NOT negotiate our listed shipping charges on single items. We set our shipping rates based on a zone seven shipping chart in addition to packing materials and handling time. In the event there is a legitimate problem with an item, please feel free to contact us regarding a refund of your purchase price less s/h.
*PLEASE NOTE* Your item will come from our SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT however please understand that any pre-owned items may come originally from smoking environments. ALSO- we are NOT a pet-free environment. We do take the time to use a lint brush on all clothing items prior to shipping to try and remove lint, hair, etc.
Please use measurements listed to ensure a good fit for your item.
We take a significant amount of time and effort in measuring all of our clothing items. You will find any and all measurements carefully listed in our ads. We are also always happy and willing to answer any measurement questions you may have.
As a result, we will NO LONGER accept returns due to non-fitting items.

NWT= New with tags - Item is new, has never been worn, washed, etc. and still has store or manufacturer tags attached.
NWOT= New without tags - Item is new, has never been worn, washed, etc. however store or manufacturer tags have been removed.
LIKE NEW - Item appears as if it has never been worn/washed, and has NO defects such as tears,snags, stains, etc.
GENTLY WORN - Item has been worn or laundered- has NO obvious defects such as tears, snags, stains, etc. other than described in item description.
