Payment:
The only method of payment we accept is PayPal.
We ask that you pay within 48 hours of the auction ending- this can easily be done through PayPal or credit card. If you pay by check through PayPal- the purchase will not ship until the funds have cleared our account.
If we do not receive payment or contact from you, we will file a complaint against you with Ebay for the non-payment. This will be done within 4 days of auction ending. Non-payment strikes can hurt you when trying to win another auction.
Shipping:
We generally ship all items within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. We ship USPS- type of service is noted in your shipping costs section on listing. Upon your purchase shipping you will automatically receive tracking info from us through Ebay. Please check your e-mail as we do not have the time to resend individual tracking numbers after the initial time it is sent to you.
Quoted shipping rate is for the 48 US continental states only; Alaska and Hawaii not included. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact seller for shipping charges!
International Shipping:
We are no longer offering international shipping. We will ship to the 50 United States only.
Multiple Shipping Discount:
We ship very quickly- so if you plan to combine auctions let us know so we won't ship the purchases until all are complete. All items must ship together to receive shipping discount.
It is calculated: the highest shipping quoted for the first item and $3.50 for each additional auction. You can adjust the shipping at checkout or we can send you an invoice reflecting the shipping discount. If an auction requires immediate payment and won't let you adjust the shipping- go ahead and pay the shipping and we can refund any overage you pay on shipping- you must contact us and let us know you have multiple items and was overcharged- we will not automatically do this as it is too time consuming.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept an exchange for a like item within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Return shipping as well as shipping to send out the new item is the responsibility of the buyer. We will only pay shipping costs if we made the error or the item is defective. You must report damages within 7 days of receiving item to be eligible for a replacement. E-mail us and we will give you full return instructions.
All items returned/exchanged must be in the same condition as received- NEW. We will not make any returns/exchanges on any item that appears to have been worn or has any odor to it at all.
