Estate fabric find.  I can almost smell the ocean from Kansas when I look at this fabric.  How lovely it would feel to sit under a palm and dig my toes in the sand to get away from this dreary winter weather.  Palm trees in shades of green on a blue background.   Selvage says Classic Cottons 2000.  Measures 1 yard.  Fabric has been washed.  

For those with sensitivities, please note:  I've been asked about odors etc.  While my home is smoke and pet free, any fabrics marked as "estate find" were bought at various estate auctions.  I do not know the history of the fabric prior to my ownership.  Some of the fabrics have already been washed, please be aware if you are sensitive to perfumes in detergent or fabric softener as I do not know what products were used to wash them.  Similarly, they may have been exposed to smoke or pets, although if I detect anything unpleasant on the fabric I would never buy or sell it.   Your sniffer may be more sensitive than mine, I can't guarantee these fabrics are perfect.  I do my best to describe them.  I do accept returns if you are not delighted with your purchase.   

Payment is due within 7 days of auction close unless other arrangements are made.  I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible.  Up to 7 yards regular cotton fabrics will fit in a flat rate envelope.  Please wait for an invoice and pay for all items together to qualify for combined shipping.
