We all know how much better the non-Master Volume Fender guitar amps sound! This amp has seen a lot of use but has never been abused. All the components including tubes are original equipment and the amp is still going strong. This has to be one of the last Pros made before the Master Volume chassis' started production. One of the transformer and some of the chassis components bear 1973 dates but all the pots are fated either 2nd week of 1974 or 4th week of 1974. Additionally, all the tubes are original gray-plate RCA USA and all have date codes of either 4th week of 1974 or 13th week of 1974 which would place the amp solidly as an early 1974 model.
All the 'extras' are there as well such as the tilt-back legs, removable plug-in casters and of course, the original footswitch is included. The amp is working beautifully but you have to remember, some of the original components may be starting to age and the amp will probably need servicing sometime down the road (although there are
no signs of that at this time). The transformers and chassis components appear in fine shape and the original tubes all test strong. I'll offer a 7-day return privilege because I am certain this amp will make you happy. There's not much else to say except that I'm going to throw in
