         Almost every item is either vintage or used to some degree and therefore is not in perfect condition!  A ‘new’ item may even have a flaw not noted at the time of listing.   Please Note: I can not determine smells.  I do not always know the history of all items and there is always a possibility of smoke exposure, musty old storage odors or other smelly issues that I have not noticed.   If odors present a problem to you and if the item cannot be washed or refreshed, or if you have sensitivity or aversion to possible smoke exposure, laundry detergents or pets, then please do not bid.          

 *** Payments and Shipping ***

Buyer is responsible to check and pay the total shipping and handling fees and by bidding accepts total S/H as stated Flat Rate or based on your zip code in the United States.  eBay encourages 'free' shipping but everyone knows that the s/h costs ends up in the listing price.  I would rather keep it honest with my minimal s/h out in the open  

PROMPT PAYMENT is expected for auction format items within 7 days of listing close.  

Buy It Now items require immediate Paypal payment to complete purchase.

With increased USPS rates I now use electronic shipping however I continue to hand deliver all packages to the Post Office.

Your item will usually be shipped within 2 postal days after payment received. Monday through Friday  (except postal holidays or extreme winter weather here)

***After the Sale***

I POST POSITIVE FEEDBACK for all paid transactions when the item ships.   I believe payment concludes your obligation in the transaction so I post feedback first and ask that you do the same when you receive your package.   This process assures me that you have indeed accepted delivery of your package intact and that all is well.   If there is ANY problem with your item please contact me so that we can work together to resolve issues prior to posting feedback for me!     I am "silly" not "psychic" and can't fix something that I don't know about.   It takes two - me and you - to determine the best solution.   Please don't delay - I can only allow a 2 day window post delivery for notice of something “gone wrong”.  If you don't get a response in a day or two then assume the email did not arrive and recontact me.   

 RETURNS ???  Sorry, NO returns for MEDIA items: cassette tapes, videotapes, audiotapes, records, cd's, books etc unless of course I have sent the wrong item!  **If you are simply not satisfied with your decision to purchase, have decided that you no longer want the item yet there is nothing 'wrong' with the item then please feel free to use my pictures and description for reselling on eBay or elsewhere!     I can not authorize returns based on "wrong size" or if you have had a change of mind (sorry)....otherwise WE can work out any possible problem with open and honest communication!
