Processing & Shipping Time: Will usually ship within 1 (one) business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship M-F. All orders paid before 2pm Eastern Time will be processed that day M-F. All orders paid after 2pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Excluding weekends and major US holidays. UPS is our main carrier, however, we reserve the right to use a different one when more convenient.

Shipping Insurance: All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS up to $100.

Return Policy/Warranty: All items are guaranteed to be exactly as described. Compatibility of any product is the purchaser's responsibility. Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt. If it is not what we explained in our Listing or you are not satisfied please contact us immediately within 3 (three) days from receiving date to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request and we will arrange for you to send the item back for refund less S&H. No returns after 7 (seven) days of initial receipt by buyer will be honored. Return/Replacement or Exchange Products: Regardless of the condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. When we get your item back in its original purchased condition (with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc.), undamaged, and in re-saleable condition and verify your claim we will refund your money or exchange the product. If a replacement for a returned item is not available, a refund will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item. Only insured items are covered against damage / loss during shipping. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Warranty Service: Defective items will be repaired or replaced for the duration of 1 (One) years on all DVR’s and 1 (One) year on all cameras starting from the day of purchase unless Otherwise stated (Please review our R.M.A. Policy for more information).

All Hard Drives carry up to 3 (three) to 5 (Five) years manufacture warranty.
