The Dyson DC41 Animal is an upright vacuum cleaner designed to help remove more dirt, dust, allergens and pet hair from the home. It features Radial Root Cyclone™ technology, in which airflows have been remodeled to maximize suction power. The cleaner head on the DC41 Animal self-adjusts to different floor types, so there are no knobs or dials to adjust. It has an active base plate, which creates optimal cleaner head contact, reducing air leaks and retaining more suction power. This technology gives DC41 Animal the strongest suction at the cleaner head. DC41 also features Dyson Ball™ technology making it easier to steer closer to edges, and into hard to reach places.

Signature Required
Many of our orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you will be available at your address to accept the package.Feel free to inquire with any questions.

Returned To Sender
Carrier will make 3 separate delivery attempts in a row before returning the package to us. In the event of 3 failed attempts, you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS.

After you send payment, we will email confirmations and tracking information to your registered eBay address. Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to your “My eBay” account.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship our items mostly via UPS, in some cases we do ship via USPS. Absolutely NO SHIPPING to any place other than the 48 connected states. No shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Most of our items that are large, and hard to find a box for, will be shipped out in its original box. Of course, smaller items such as telephones, IPODS, etc. will be packaged with peanuts and a UPS shipping box. Items will be shipped to the address that is given on the buyer's Paypal account. So please make sure that the address you have is the correct one. We do not accept responsibility for an item that may get lost due to a mistake from the buyer's end.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken, dented, non functionable, or not as described in our listing, we ask you to give us time by emailing us and making us aware of the situation so we can take care of the issue before leaving negative feedback. Once you receive the item, you have 7 days to alert us of any of these situations. If there is a problem within the 7 days, we will ship you another item so that you will be satisfied. We are not responsible for the costs of return shipments. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION 

All of our items, do carry their own factory warranty. The factory warranty information is located inside the box. We do not offer any additional warranty. Some of our factory warranties do offer an extended warranty.
