All
returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from
the purchase date.Returns or exchanges requested more than 30
days after the purchase date will require the customer to deal
directly with the particular manufacturer.For all returns and
exchanges, please include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals
and accessories.
A
Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all
returns or exchanges and will be issued to you once an exchange
or refund is requested.When sending a product back, be sure to
include this number on the package.
All
opened returns or exchanges must be in like-new, re-sellable,
original factory condition.This includes all packaging materials,
inserts, manuals, and accessories.Non-defective returns/exchanges
are accepted less a 20% restocking fee.However, we do not
accept returns for opened and non-defective screen protectors,
headphones or earphones.No exceptions.We will issue a refund
or exchange for non-defective items once the product has arrived
at our facility.There are no restocking fees for all unopened
(new or used) returns or exchanges, but they are accepted less
the shipping cost.
Defective
Items - We will gladly exchange or refund the product
that has arrived defective if it is within 30-days of the order
date.Please inform us if you would like to proceed with either
an exchange or with a full refund. For exchanges, we will send
out a replacement product immediately along with a prepaid label
to send the defective product back. For refunds, we will issue
a full refund once it is confirmed (with a tracking number) that
the defective product has been shipped back.A prepaid label will
be provided via email.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS: Items shipped out of the USA will void any warranty
as warranties are only valid in the USA.For defective products,
we will gladly give a full refund or exchange.Please ship the
item back to us using the most affordable, economic shipping
method and we will reimburse the cost to you.For non-defective
products, shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and the return/exchange
will be accepted less a 20% restocking fee.
Refused
orders or cancellations made after the order has been shipped
will be refunded the item price minus a 20% restocking fee once
the package is returned to our warehouse.
We
reserve the right to update the policies above without any prior
notice.
