Domestic U.S. SHIPPING from New York:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail. We reserve the right to substitute between UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping of comparable service level. All packages will be shipped to your registered address, a tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care. Exceptions: UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box, depending on the item you may be required to provide a physical address for delivery. Shipping rates are determined by the weight, size, and destination of the package, and there may be additional shipping charges to PO Boxes and shipments outside the continental USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If International shipping is available on this item, then International packages are shipped via USPS International Priority, for packages under 4 pounds USPS First Class Shipping is used, and the rates are calculated based on destination, weight and size. UPS and FedEx may also be available for an additional fee. Often International packages take longer to arrive, clearing customs for your country depends on your local custom officers. Buyer is responsible for all brokerage/customs taxes/charges/fees. We will not falsify customs documents. The sales amount will be used as the item value on customs forms.

Your satisfaction is important to us, we strive to accurately list every item for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described. Returns are generally not accepted. In the unlikely event the item was not as described and photographed and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges if something is returned to us that was accurately described and then we reserved the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee from the total invoice.
