Shipping

We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hrs & expect UK packages to be delivered within 2-4 working days , 10-14 working days worldwide. We'll let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay with your order.

Combined shipping is offered for multiple purchases made in a 5 day period. To qualify all items must be paid for in a single payment.

Min. p&p discount is 50p for 2nd & subsequent items but very often we're able to give more than this, please click the Request Total From Seller link before making payment for your multi-buys & we'll amend your invoice. We offer a maximum £9.95 p&p rate for Mainland UK deliveries (this excludes the Highlands, Islands etc) If in doubt please contact us.

Royal Mail 2nd Class is default for UK deliveries unless stated. Recorded & Special Delivery are available at checkout if you wish to upgrade. International Shipping is by Royal Mail Airmail . International Signed For upgrade is available at checkout.

Set-up fee for Logo: from £18.95 (one-off payment)

Embroidery per garment charged at £2.95 up to 7000 stitches (sufficient for most text & logos). Additional stitches charged at 20p per 1000

An ebay listing will be created to cover the embroidery order.

Returns

Returns within 14 days are accepted on BUY IT NOW items & we'll gladly replace or refund. In the event that there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty all postage will be paid by us, otherwise the return postage cost is your responsibilty. All items must be returned complete with their tags attached where applicable, and in new, unused, re-saleable condition. Returns MUST include details of the ebay transaction & be sent using an on-line trackable method of posting such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery .

Please advise us of your intention to return any item within 7 days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons underwear and earrings are non-returnable. Personalised garments & items are also excluded from the returns policy except in case of an error by us or a defect.
