The freight company will contact you in order to schedule a delivery date and time so when paying please include the phone number you want them to use.

Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery and call us immediately at (888) 514-0191 before the driver leaves.

Payment: Payments must be received within 7 days from the close of the auction. Feedback will be left for Non-Paying Bidders.

Delivery Time : Most of our items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of payment.

Stock Availability: At the time we list an item, there is more than one of that item in stock. We do our best to track inventory however, if you order an item that is out of stock, we will give you three options:
(1) a store credit
(2) have the item backordered and shipped when it becomes available.
(3) full refund

Returns : On returns, buyers will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping costs both ways. A 20 % restocking fee may also be applied.

Assembly : Some items such as nightstands, dressers, and chests come completely assembled, but beds and dining sets will require some assembly.

Sales Tax: Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax. All non Texas residents are exempt.

Pick Ups : Local Buyers are able to pick up with prior arrangements.
