Handling Time Does Not Start Until After You Have Supplied Us with the Correct Address, a Good Phone Number and Any Related Additional Payments.

We use the Highest Quality Freight Companies and Freight Damage is Very Rare. Although Rare, Minor Dings and Scratches can Happen but will Not Harm the Operation of the Equipment. If a Minor Damage, (Dent, Ding or Scratch) is Present, Accept the Delivery but Note the Damage on the Proof of Delivery Form Prior to Signing for the Delivery and the Freight Company will Make Good on the Damages. If Major Damage, (Total Loss) is Present Do Not Accept the Delivery but Note Severe Damage and Rejected on the Proof of Delivery Form Prior to Signing. The Freight Company will Return the Shipment to Our Warehouse To Start The Claim Process.

Do NOT Sign for Items That Have NOT Been Inspected as once the Bill of Lading is Signed, You Will Own it and Remove Most or All of the Carrier's Liability Even if the Signature is from Someone Else that Received it on Your Behalf.

Warranty - Most HVAC manufacturers offer warranty on their equipment from date of original installation. It is your responsibility to fill out warranty card and mail in. We are not their distributor and can NOT assist you in obtaining warranty. We distribute excess and liquidated items. Items are being sold as is – where is - all sales final - with no guarantee or warranty through us.

Purchases - Once you have made your purchase we will follow ebay rules that this transaction is a legal and binding contract. We report any non paying bidder to ebay. Buyer agrees to allow seller to choose mode of transportation.

Payments- We accept Paypal or Credit Card, if paying via credit card and purchase is over $500.00 we will fax you an authorization form, this must be filled out, signed and returned to us prior to delivery)

Returns- We only accept returns under the following conditions: Item Must Be Unused and in Original Packaging. Buyer is Responsible for Inbound and Outbound Shipping Charges and a 15% Restock Charge will Be Applied. If you item was sold with free shipping but you decide to return you will be refunded less our actual outbound charges. Refund will be given as payment was received.
