is shipped with 100% insurance coverage at no additional cost to you.
However for us to ensure your once in a lifetime product arrives good condition; we need
all buyers to INSPECT the package to ensure the item hasn't been damaged
in transit.

However at times damages in transit do occur that is why
it's in the best interest of our customers to physically inspect the
TV before signing for delivery. By signing for delivery you are
stating that the item has arrived in 'Good Condition' and you are
satisfied with the physical state of the item upon receipt. Failure to
abide by this suggestion could leave you and us unprotected from filing
an insurance claim with our freight shipping company.

The freight driver cannot leave without you signing the delivery receipt.

What To Do:
Open the box and make sure that the product has no PHYSICAL damage on it. 
If it does you MUST note that on the delivery receipt and sign it.  Then contact us
for assistance.  Again you MUST note any physical damage to the product on the
delivery receipt.  If you sign for the product and do not note any damage their is NO INSURANCE
