Most orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped from CA & FL. Delivery days are determined by FedEx, UPS & USPS. Tracking number will be provided to you when shipped. Regular ground US shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location. A surcharge will be added for Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders (these will be shipped via USPS).

Unwanted Returns & Refused Delivery: Returns falling under these categories will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

International Buyers – Please Note: Customs Fees, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
