• Sorry, No collect on delivery (COD), no local pick-up, all of our products will be shipped by one of the following carriers: UPS/Fedex/DHL/USPS Priority Mail or First-Class mail.
• Payment must be received within 10 days of auction have ended, product availability is not guaranteed after 10 days.
• All products will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery (usually less).
• You should expect your order to be shipped as scheduled. If you don't receive any email from us after payment confirmation email, tracking numbers are available upon request through email after 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation email.
• We guarantee all our products are 100% brand new unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Some of our products are for "off-road performance" use only.
• Professional installation is always recommended for all products.

• Please inspect your package upon arrival. All returns must be reported within 14 days of the date the package was delivered.
• In the event of returning an item, buyer must email us for an RMA number before returning the item. No claims will be honored without a correct RMA number on the return package.
• Please contact us immediately if a product is defective upon arrival. We will assist buyer with return procedure. For exchange, we will cover all shipping charges.  For refund, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• If an incorrect item was received, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will give buyer instructions for exchanging the correct item.
• Our return policy is for exchange only. If in any case a refund is requested, return shipping cost is paid by buyer.  
• If a product is damaged during shipment upon arrival, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will file a Damage Claim with the shipping company. We will send replacement to buyer after the claim is approved.
• If a package is lost in transit, replacement order is available only after the Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.
