  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".

  • No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
  • IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process. Email us.
  • To get an RA number simply email us,
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
  • RA numbers are valid for 14 days.

We accept Paypal only. You can pay through paypal even if you do not have a paypal account using an e-check or credit card. Orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
