Good set of clubs, recieved in good condition, iron heads were good, good grooves in the short irons. Not sure about the 3 wood that came with this set, that's a little tougher to hit. The product made it even with a very, very poor packaging job. By the time the product had reached my door step the box had been 90% severed in half and the packaging (rolled up news print) had more or less escaped. We assume it was there to begin with. Over all the price was good for the product received.

Great irons. Seem to have a great blend of soft feel with forgiveness on slight mishits. I switched from Ping Eye 2's and the Callaway's are hands down better from the 7 iron down. I don't notice much difference in the 6 iron up and in fact the only reason I didn't rate these as a 5/5 is because the 3 iron is tougher to hit than the Eye 2. But, these allow me to work the ball from right to left a bit and give me MUCH better spin as well as 5 to 10 yards more distance (again with the 7 iron down). I was looking for something just a touch more aggressive than the Eye 2's afforded and these have really hit the mark for me. I've got much better control of my iron play overall with these clubs and would recommend them highly.
Well the head came off of the 3 iron but I'm handy enough to fix it. Keep n mind I bought mine used. The irons are great and I'm glad I chose these to start out with. I get compliments everywhere i go.

Super irons in my opinion - have the 2-PW with S300 (stiff) shafts. Several years ago I scored in the 70's quite a bit, older now and not as long but was in the 70's 5-6 times last season using these irons. Had played forged irons for several years prior to getting these, so the look at address and feel took a little getting used to. Not nearly as much feel as forged, but that's not necessarily bad. I can still tell immediately where I struck it on the clubface. Flush shots feel as sweet as they do with forged, and I still know where a mishit was struck except it doesn't sting with these. Extremely forgiving of mishits. Poor shots don't lose much distance. Ball wants to fly straight, but I can still shape shots when necessary if I work at it. Get excellent distance out of them, and more important, consistency of distance when I do my part of good ballstriking. I know the X-14 Pro's are more popular with many than Callaway's latest offerings, personally I like these better than the Big Bertha's or X-16's although I haven't tried the X-18's yet. I tend to stick with clubs I like quite awhile rather than switching a lot, although I do try various irons/clubs now & then, and probably will stick these X-14 Pro's a quite a long while.Read full review
For being used clubs they don't seem very used at all. The 3-wood is the pro style 15 degree which hits very well. The driver has a little more loft at 10.5 than is good for my swing, but still learning how to use it properly.
