Here's a really unique Passover Hagada printed in Israel by the Israeli Cancer Society who used to print some very nice haggadot every pessah season and mail it to potential donors. This particular hagadah was printed in the late 1980s.
About the artist: Zeeva Amir (1930-1984) grew up in Herzelia and was active in the pre-state Haganah. In 1947 she studied at the Bezalel School of Art, but with the war, she was drafted in Zahal, ie the IDF. After the war she returned to Bezalel to complete her studies and became an expert in weaving. She won a gold medal in an int'l exhibition. Since she was born on Passover eve, she decided to give herself a present by creating this hagadda whose original was written on parchment and finished in 1958. This is the facsimile edition of that Haggada.
Contains 48 pages.
Measures an unusual 10 x 18cm = 4 x 7 inches. Paper cover. No stains, very good condition!
