ITEM DESCRIPTION: Quality REPRINT AD of an original 1898 Black & White Magazine Advertisement (on buff ivory paper to simulate the aged original) featuring VICTORIAN STERLING SILVER NOVELTIES by PROVIDENCE SILVER COMPANY OF PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND.

This antique 1900s ad has the caption, "SUGGESTIONS FOR CHRISTMAS BUYING. ~ We have just published a special catalogue of appropriate holiday gifts in Sterling Silver illustrating the choicest bits of Silverware manufactured by the leading silversmiths of the country. Our goods are new in pattern and design; the prices range from 25 cents to $12.00 and are from 10 to 25 percent lower than first-class stores charge for the same articles.
