_______________________ "We purchased our time share without seeing it - a huge risk. The property at Orange Lake is beautifully maintained. All units were recently upgraded to more bold colors and nice comfortable furniture. Lots of pineapples (traditional colonial period welcome sign). You enter and the kitchen is to your right. In the kitchen there is a full size washer/dryer (GE units), dishwasher, electric range (not burners, but flat top) microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender and full size refrigerator. From the kitchen to the dining room is a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The dining room seats 6. To the left of the dining room are the second bedroom and the bathroom. This bedroom has 2 queen size beds and TV. you go down a step to the living room. The living room has a nice arrangement, love seat, sofa bed, chair, 2 end tables with lamps, cocktail table and a chair. There is also a desk/tv table and chair. The TV is on that table. Off the living room and the master bedroom is a patio with a table and four chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Your patio is yours, not shared with the neighboring unit. The master unit (off the living room) has a very comfortable king sized bed with a jacuzzi tub. There is a TV in an armoire with 2 small drawers and 3 large drawers. The shower bar is the bent one that gives you more space. My husband is over 6 feet tall and the shower head is high enough so he does not have to bend down to wash his hair.
Honestly I do not know the total count of pools. I think there are 7 or 8. There is a water park on premise with a lazy river and 2 water slides. At another pool there is a smaller water slide that the younger children can enjoy.
They do not mind if you bring your own toys to play with in the pool. I have seen tubes, floats, diving sticks, kids using kick boards, life vests, pool chairs, etc. As long as you are respectful of other guests, nothing is off-limits (not like some other places I have stayed). Lunch at the onsite restaurants was reasonable. I understand this location is popular with the golf crowd, but no one in my family plays. There is plenty for us to do onsite. There is also a room for playing games, doing arts and crafts and just sitting quiet with the children coloring after being out in the sun or taking a break during one of Florida's sudden showers. They do have an arcade and what we liked about this is you can save your points from one season to the next so you are not getting junk so your points don't expire.
We enjoy our time here with our kids - they have something for everyone - I have a 17 y/o, 15 y/o and 5 y/o.
