As mentioned to be refurbished, it has been simply tested and found to be functioning as per the manufactuers specs.
This LCD TV is in great condition. There will be some minor scratches on the frame due to normal handling and wear. The screen will not have any scratches.

Domestic Shipments:
Shipping cost is $99.99 flat (includes handling) and product will be shipped via UPS Ground from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
