Up for bid is a FORTAZ Ceftazidime Glaxo IV WHISTLE Key Chain. Silver Metal whistle attaches to top oval logo piece that states: FORTAZ Ceftazidime Glaxo IV. It measures 4” long, total length (whistle is 2” long). Small 5/8” keyring in center. Comes with “Made in Hong Kong” sticker.

Item is in good condition and was acquired at an estate sale of an doctor. It will be shipped in a small mailing box.
