All of our children's clothing items were well cared for. Items with labels indicating tumble dry were put in the dryer but never on a high heat.

Our games have only been handled by adults.

We are a smoke-free home. We are pet friendly...we have a cat.

1. Paypal only! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS, regardless of a person’s feedback rating. If you send a personal check, I will send it back to you, the item will be relisted.

2. Payment MUST BE RECEIVED within 3 days of sale/auction close-NO EXCEPTIONS! Please plan your bidding accordingly. If payment is not received within the allotted amount of time, I will relist the item.

3. Your item will ship within 3 business days but no later than the Saturday following receipt of payment; typically ships within 3 days of payment. I am a working Mom so it is not always possible to get to the post office every day.

4. US bids only-NO EXCEPTIONS! IF YOU ARE A NON-US bidder and you bid and win on one of my auctions, I AM UNABLE TO SELL IT TO YOU. The item will be relisted.

6. I will accept returns if the item is grossly misrepresented. Buyer's remorse is not a reason to return. Refund for cost of item only...shipping is not refundable. Buyer making the return will be responsible for return shipping cost. All sales are final (unless item is not as described)-I am happy to answer any and all questions that you may have on an item prior to the close of the auction. Please ask before bidding. 7.  The shipping charge you see is calculated as the actual US Postal rate for the weight and size of package your item requires. I link directly to the USPS shipping calculator provided by eBay.  I require delivery confirmation on all shipments.

8. I will combine shipping if items are purchased at same time. Please be sure to contact me so I am aware. For example, if you purchase 2 clothing items at the same time the shipping for the first item will be as calculated and the second item will be an additional $1.50 for clothing items and $2.00 for non-clothing items.
