Insurance:

• All of our items include insurance in the shipping costs except freight items (items weighing over 150 pounds)

Freight Shipping:

• We ONLY ship freight merchandise within the United States (note)
• All freight purchases will include a $25.00 handling fee.
• Freight Shipping Carriers are determined by cost and may vary.
• All freight items will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received.
• We will not ship freight items to any residence.
• Freight items can be shipped to a business with or without a dock or forklift, and can be dropped off at carrier terminal.
• Customer Pickups allowed on freight items with the $25.00 handling fee (By Appointment Only)

USPS or UPS Shipping:

• We ONLY ship merchandise within the United States (note)
• Customer Pickups allowed with a $5.00 handling fee on all smaller items that would have been shipped USPS or UPS only. (By Appointment Only)
• Note: We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, & Alaska.
• Inquiries about shipping to locations outside of the United States will not be answered.
• Our items will be shipped using USPS or UPS only.
• Shipping carriers are determined by weight and may vary from carrier above.
• All items $100.00 or more require customer signature for delivery (no exceptions). 

  Return Policy:

  • We must be notified within 3 days after receipt of goods, after 3 days no returns will be accepted (no exceptions)
  • Exchange or money back if not in stock on  returned items
  • Return Shipping will be paid by buyer and not refunded
  • Return Policy Details: Money Back Or Exchange Policy: 3 day return policy if item is defective or not as advertised in which case we will indeed pay for return shipping
  • If item arrives damaged and insurance was not purchased we are not liable and a refund or exchange will not be possible
