Shipping

International Orders including Military Mail 

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  
• US Military Mail shipping is available these orders may take 1-8 weeks to arrive depending on how busy the military mail system is. The shipping option selected simply gets the item in the hands of the military mail system in that time frame it has no bearing on when the item gets to you once it enters the military mail system. 
• Contact phone numbers are required for customs paperwork, if you don't provide it upfront the shipping of your order will be delayed till it's gotten. 
• Anywhere in the world outside of the US including Military Mail may take up to 10 business days to make sure customs paperwork has been finalized. 
• International Economy or First Class Mail International Parcel is a non trackable service that on average takes 8-16 transit business days but may take up to 7-9 weeks to arrive depending on customs/shipper delays of the country being shipped to. 
• In this listing International Economy Shipping is not available to the following countries you will need to choose either Standard or Expedited to purchase the item, if an order to ship to the following countries is placed under Economy anyways the order will need to be canceled: Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Mexico, Moldova, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Venezuela. 
• International Standard or Priority Mail if available is a sometimes trackable service that on average takes 6-10 transit business days but may take up to 5-7 weeks to arrive depending on customs/shipper delays of the country being shipped to. 
• International Expedited or Express Mail if available is a sometimes trackable service that on average takes 3-5 transit business days but may take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on customs/shipper delays of the country being shipped to. 
• If for whatever reason I can't ship to the address you provide you'll be emailed immediately and a refund will be provided promptly. 

Terms of Sale

Information For All Buyers 

• Communication is key if you have any questions or problems don't hesitate to contact me so you can have a great buying experience.
• Items should be paid for within 3 regular days of purchase, if no communication is made by the buyer by the 4th day a case to cancel the transaction will be will be opened allowing an additional 4 regular days.  If not paid by the 8th regular day the case will be closed and the transaction canceled. 
• Please make sure to use a confirmed PayPal address as it makes everyone's life easier.  
• Before purchasing Media always remember to check out the DVD / Blu-ray Conditions / Regions. 
• Used items are tested prior to auction to assure their reliability as well as verify they're not damaged prior to shipping. 
• When in stock items are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment has been verified. Packages are usually sent out Tuesday and Friday of each week. If for whatever reason I'm running behind and can't make the 5 business day quote I'll email you with how much additional time is needed and give you the option of canceling the order or offering you a discount once the transaction is completed. 
• Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays don't count as business days. 
• Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time are applied to the next business day. 
• Combine shipping is available in select situations contact me ahead of time otherwise the discount will be forfeited.  In order to determine the exact cost we take the difference in price between sending 2 or more items together and shipping them individually. That difference in cost is what you'll save.  

 Feedback 

• Feedback is only provided when the transaction is complete and the transaction only becomes complete after the buyer has provided feedback or around 45 days after purchase.
• I strive to earn 100% perfect 5 star feedback scores from you. The feedback you provide is very important to me because eBay uses it to measure selling performance. In addition to eBay other potential buyers use feedback to help make purchasing decisions. So before you post permanent feedback if anything about your transaction didn't meet your expectations please let me know and give me a chance to make things right. 

Returns 

• Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase and should be completed promptly while the return window is open for best results. 
• Items will be tested upon return if there's nothing wrong with your item but you still want to return it a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to your refund if it's returned in the condition sent. If sent new and returned opened or damaged a 50% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to your refund. 
• Items that come back undeliverable will be treated the same as returning a new non defective item which means a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to your refund if it's returned in the condition sent. If sent new and returned opened or damaged a 50% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to your refund.
