Condition

This is an open box item purchased from the world’s largest retailer.  Open box items can be floor demo models, damaged box units or returns.  This unit has been fully tested and is 100% functional with no damage of any kind to the screen/display.  The frame on this unit will have light to moderate scratches or signs of use.  This item is in original box.  Box will have stickers or other blemishes that do not affect the performance of the item.  All accessories are included.

Shipping

We only ship to PayPal verified address.  We DO NOT ship to APO/AFO.  We do not ship this item internationally.  UPS Ground shipping is to lower 48 US States only.  For AK, HI and PR, please email for additional shipping options.  90% of our items ship within one business day.  We guarantee all items will ship within 3 business days.  Most items will ship by UPS Ground. You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number within 3 business days of purchase.  The tracking number will also be in your transaction detail on both eBay and PayPal.  Items with a purchase price greater than $300 will require a signature at delivery.  All items are fully insured. 

Returns/Damaged Items

If you receive an item that has any sort of damage, please contact us immediately.  If the shipping box shows obvious signs of damage, we will file a claim with UPS.  UPS will pick up the package from you and return the item to us.  Depending upon your preference, we will ship a replacement unit or provide a full refund.

Our return policy is completely no hassle.  If you receive an item and are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund.  Return shipping is at OUR expense, so buy with confidence.  You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item request a return.

Warranty

All units have a 90 day warranty. If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs within 90 days of receiving the item, contact us immediately.  Depending upon your preference, we will have UPS pick up the item or email a UPS label to you.  Your only obligation is to deliver the item to UPS or have someone available during pick up. YOU MUST RETAIN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX FOR 90 DAYS. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.  This item is eligible for extended warranty through SquareTrade.
