Terms and Conditions
Payment:
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal Payment
Payment must be received within 4 days. If you wish to combine shipping, please add all your items to your cart before paying. Once you pay for one item, the other items you have purchased cannot be combined. For separate payments, the items will ship separately. Therefore, you will not receive the combined shipping discounts.
After you commit to buying an item, you will be sent an automated payment reminder. A dispute will automatically open on eBay after 7 days of non-payment.
PayPal E-checks is not the same as PayPal instant payments. The E-checks will take 4-7 days to clear, so we can't ship your order until PayPal releases the funds from your bank.
California customers: please add 8.75% for sales tax
Tax and Duties: There will be sales tax charged 8.75 % for items shipped in CA. Seller is NOT responsible for any duties if item is shipped internationally. Buyer is responsible for any import duty.
Shipping:
First Class and Priority shipping do not include tracking numbers.
**If you choose Standard Shipping, it might take up to a month. Contact me ONLY if you still have not received your item after one month.**
Ship to Addresses: We only ship to the Paypal address, this address is the one you choose when you send in the payment. If this address changed, you must update it with Paypal BEFORE making your purchase. We will not be held responsible for shipping to the Paypal address when it is different from where you want it to be shipped. It is very simple to update your address with Paypal before the sale, but very complicated once the product has been shipped to the wrong address, so please verify that your Paypal and shipping address match. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. If an item is returned for failed delivery, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the seller.
Failed Delivery: If shipper makes their delivery attempts and you are not there or refuse to receive the package, the item is sent back to us. At that time you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTHWAYS! There are no exceptions. By bidding, you agree to this policy.
International Shipments: We recommend customers to stay away from using First Class International Mail, which although it is cheap, can result in severe delay's at your country's borders for customs inspections. Custom's inspection/processing time at your country's borders is very unpredictable with first class packages and can add an additional 1-6 weeks onto a first class delivery time. Please choose Express Shipping or Priority mail to avoid long delays in customs. It is also very possible that they will require you to pay an import tax on your item before they will allow it to be delivered to you. All International First Class shipments do not have tracking numbers and CANNOT be traced outside US. The acceptance of the package for mailing by USPS is proof the package is on the way to you.
Returns:
Please refer to the Leg Avenue size chart before purchasing any items. We also advise customers to go to a retail store to try on the actual costume for the best fit/size for you before placing your order online.
