1. Returns/Refunds: Marlowes has a great return policy and guarantees every book sold arrives and is as described. You are entitled to a full refund or credit as long as the conditions are met below. Conditions: 1a. You must return the book in the exact same condition as it was received with-in 3 working days. 1b. You are responsible for the return postage. We highly recommend that use a postage service with tracking and also insurance. If the parcel goes missing on return, you are responsible for this and automatically cancels our return policy. We must receive the book back in its original condition to issue a refund. 1c. When your book arrives back to us and we confirm you have returned the original book and any damage which was not caused by you, we can refund or credit in full. 1d. Postage will only be refunded when we are at fault. (Fault) is when a book arrives and is not as described or has incurred damage in the post on route. All other circumstances you are responsible for the postage both ways. 1e. Missing Parcels: To qualify for a refund you must notify us with-in 14 working days (domestic customers) 21 working days (international customers) of your order date and inform us of the circumstances. Inquiries after this time period forfeits our return policy and is up to the discretion of Marlowes Books.
