You may return all unused items purchased at Nyciwear within 30 days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and WILL be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. Incomplete returns, or used products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and Nyciwear's ability to remarket the returned product. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. All returned items are inspected upon receipt. ~Exchanges~ Exchanging an item: Nyciwear gladly accepts all requests for an exchange as long as Return policy guidelines are met.
