I offer free shipping on all my bedding items when they are being shipped to an address in the United States.  I ship daily and will ship items within one business day of purchase.  Most items are shipped by First Class or Priority Mail.  Large quilts and comforters are generally shipped by Parcel Post.  I am happy to ship large quilts and comforters by Priority mail on request.  The buyer will be responsible for the difference between the Parcel Post and Priority rate. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 I ship to International addresses on request.  I ship Priority Mail International or First Class International Mail, if available.  First Class International mail carries some amount of risk to the buyer.  There is no tracking or insurance available for First Class International shipping and I will not assume responsibility or share responsibility for missing or damaged shipments that are sent First Class International.  Priority Mail International shipments will have a tracking number and are insured automatically to a US Postal Service limit.

REFUNDS

Excellent customer service is my goal.  There are very rare occasions that I make a mistake in the listing or shipping of an item. Refunds will be given on items not as described or defective.  There will be NO REFUNDS on bedding items for fit or color whether or not they have been opened.  Once an item leaves me it can pick up odors, stains or at worst, become unsuitable for sale.  Most bedding items are labeled with a color by the manufacturer and the color is stated in the description.  I will not accept returns “not as described” if the manufacturer’s color is in the listing.  Computer monitors show colors differently and you cannot rely on the photos in the listing to determine the exact color.  If you do not know the exact color you are looking for, do your homework.  Research the item on the internet or go to a store to view the item color personally.  If you are not sure about something, please ask before you purchase!

I provide all my customers with positive feedback and I appreciate those who leave me positive feedback as well!  If there is a problem or you have a question about your purchase, please contact me first so that I may have the opportunity to resolve the concern.  Remember that feedback is to rate me as a seller, not to give your opinion on how well you like the product.  There are lots of websites where you can rate products.  I purchase all my bedding at retail outlets and have no control over whether the product color or fabric suits you or how you feel about the product’s value.  PLEASE leave feedback about how I am doing as an eBay seller!
