We gladly combine orders. To have your orders combined first use "Buy-It-Now" to purchase everything you want to order and then WAIT TO PAY until we send you one combined invoice. This way everything will ship in one box for one shipping price. If you choose to pay for each item separately before we send you one combined invoice then you are responsible for paying all of the shipping charges separately. Once items are paid for they ship very quickly and we cannot go back to combine them for you.
Please note that most USA orders to the 48 States have free shipping and combining orders mainly applies to customers not in the USA.

US Buyers: Our "Free Shipping" method is FedEx Ground 3-5 business day shipping. NEED IT FAST? We also offer FedEx Overnight shipping which takes 1 business day to arrive after shipping.

Local Pickup: If you are in the Appleton, Wisconsin area you are also welcome to pick up your items in person, please contact us to make an appointment.

APO/FPO/ PO Boxes: We ship USPS Priority, FedEx SmartPost, or 1st Class Mail for all APO/FPO & PO Box addresses.

International Shipments: All Non-USA packages will be processed via either FedEx International Economy or USPS International Priority. For Canadian addresses we always use USPS to avoid excessive brokerage fees. On all Non-USA shipments we put actual product value on our invoices and will never mark a package as "gift" or at a lower value- please do not request this.

Processing Time: We normally process orders within 1 business day but it may take up to 3 business days in some special cases.

USA Customers:We prefer PayPal payments, but you may also contact us to make payment by phone.

International buyers: Must use PayPal for payments- please make sure you have a working PayPal account before placing your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when using PayPal as we quickly ship your product to the address you provide to us.

We welcome non-USA buyers! Please note a few things:

Payments: If you are not in the USA, then we only accept PayPal payments. Make sure you have a PayPal account and funds available in the account before placing your order. If you place an order and cannot pay within 3 days with PayPal, then our system will open an "unpaid item dispute" and you may lose the right to purchase from us in the future.

Customs/Duties/Taxes: We include a commercial invoice with every shipment showing the amount you paid for your items (not including the shipping cost). In most cases your country will charge you customs, duties, and/or taxes on your purchase. You are 100% responsible for these charges and we do not control these at all. Under no circumstances will we mark items as "gift" or at a lower value than what you paid. Requests to do this will be ignored.

Transit Time: Shipments to countries outside the USA may take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on many factors. Your country may choose to hold the package in customs longer than normal. We suggest that if you have not received your item after 2 weeks that you contact your local postal or customs office to inquire if your package is being held. In some rare cases packages can take substantially longer- which we have no control over. If you have not received your item within 8 weeks we will consider it a lost package and work with you to provide a replacement or refund at that point.

Returns Process: Packages sent for return without an RMA number will not be processed. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before mailing back your item(s).

Damaged, Non-Functioning, or Defective Items: These items may be returned to us at our expense. You must first contact us for an RMA number, and we will in most cases email you a prepaid printable FedEx shipping label which can be used to return the item to us at our expense. Once the item is in transit we can ship out a replacement item- again at our expense. If the replacement item is no longer in stock we will work with you to offer a substitute product or a complete refund- including original shipping fees.

Restocking Fees: Items that are returned (besides non-functioning or defective- including shoes, helmets, and other size specific goods) will be charged a restocking fee of 20% or $8.00 whichever is greater. This helps us to recoup our initial shipping and handling costs. Returns must be in brand-new, unused condition with all tags & original packaging- no exceptions. Shipping costs for these returns are your responsibility completely. Returns may take 1-2 weeks to process after they are received.
