• Please inspect your package upon arrival. All returns must be reported within 14 days of the date the package was delivered.
• In the event of returning an item, buyer must email us for an RMA number before returning the item. No claims will be honored without a correct RMA number on the return package.
• Please contact us immediately if a product is defective upon arrival. We will assist buyer with return procedure. To exchange a defective item, we will cover all shipping charges.  For refund, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• If an incorrect item was received, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will give buyer instructions for exchanging the correct item after picture verification.
• If buyer purchased the wrong item by mistake or just simply changing his mind and would like to return the item for refund, buyer can only receive a partial refund. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. We will also charge buyer 20% restocking fee. Partial refund will be issued only after we receive the return item in its original condition.
• Our return policy is for exchange only. If in any case a refund is requested, return shipping cost is paid by buyer.
• If a product is damaged during shipment upon arrival, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will file a Damage Claim with the shipping company. We will send replacement to buyer after the claim is approved.
• If a package is lost in transit, replacement order is available only after the Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.
