What's the SONY Effio-e CCD
"Effio" means "Enhanced Features and Fine Image Processor", and it is a Sony signal processor which realizes high resolution, high S/N ratio and high color reproduction for security camera. Making signal levels reach a higher sensitivity which is not dependent on infrared light alone to achieve high saturation levels.

High Resolution
Combining the new 960H Image Sensor (960 Horizontal pixels) with the "Effio-E" DSP Structure, power consumption is cut in half, allowing smaller internal component structure.

High Color Reproduction
Adaptive Tone Reproduction improves light contrast to adjust color and light within the same frame, dramatically increasing color in low light, while blending bright light to reduce blooming while increasing contrast definition.

HLC Highlight Compensation increases bright light suppression when encountering dynamic light bursts, such as car headlights. This increased visibility during light burst.

 Shipping
- Most items are shipped in 1~2 business day after the payment was cleared. Tracking information will be sent to you later upon package shipped via email.
- We only ship to the shipping address that provided by Paypal. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and current. We are not responsible for any package lost due to wrong or undeliverable addresses. For undeliverable or refused package, we will contact customers for re-shipment and customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs occurred. If there is damage during shipping, or wrong or missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and keep all original package and content for investigation purpose.
- Regular delivery time by USPS or UPS vary by 2-4 days. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery by regular shipping.
- Extra shipping charge applies for heavy items shipped to PR, AK, HI, GU, AP, AE, MP, AS, please check carefully and agree to it before placing order. We are not responsible for the orders delay due to unpaid extra shipping charge for shipping to the above area.
- For heavy duty items, we will ship by UPS ground which require physical address. Please make sure you provide a physical address, not a P. O. box address.

 Guarantee and Return policies
- Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated by the customers within 14 days from the date of received package.
- Customers are responsible to check product compatibility issue. If you have questions about product please feel free to email us.
- In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All returns must obtain RMA# from us prior to returning the product.
- All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. We will refuse all items that are not in the conditions stated above and we are not responsible for sending back those items to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. For free shipping items, the actual shipping cost occurred will be deducted from refund.
- Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund or a replacement with no additional cost. Customers refund or exchanged will be processed ASAP.
- If the order is not found to be defective and is as described there will be a 15% restocking fee. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. We reserve the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
