General Returns Policy

Return Period

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:

• 30 days for all other products

Non-returnable items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

• Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
• Non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music and video games

Items that are defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect

If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit for you may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories, unless you are a Reward Zone Program Premier Silver member, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are:

Missing item or damaged product fee

Customary freight charges

We will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. We inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective. We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the wrong item.
