UPS HANDLES ALL DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For your convenience all items shipped to locations in the United States will be shipped via UPS.  All international shipments will be shipped USPS.

ATTENTION U.S. CUSTOMERS: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping method you selected. For Example: If you selected UPS 2-Day Service, your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days processing time + 2 business days for shipping time, so you can expect to receive your order 3-4 business days after you placed it. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on following Monday.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It may take between 5 - 25 Business days, Starting from the time your item was shipped depending on customs clearance. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We are NOT responsible for any additional taxes and duties and we will NOT mark items as gifts.

My policy is that items are sold as-is. I do not knowingly sell items that do not work or are broken, unless noted in the description. I do try to give an accurate description of all items.
