We only accept PayPal. Sorry, no bank deposits. If you want to pay by credit card, you can do that through PayPal as well. All PayPal payments must proceed through the eBay checkout system. 2. Q: My tracking number doesn't work. What's wrong?
If your tracking number doesn't work on AusPost, please check the tracking number at www.fedex.com.au instead. If you are in the USA, please track at www.usps.com.
3. Q: Can Devilish Disguise post to a different address than my PayPal address?
Yes! During the item payment process you will be able to enter your desired shipping address. Once you make payment a shipping label is automatically created based ONLY on the information you filled out in the checkout page regardless of what your Credit Card or PayPal billing address is, so please make sure you enter the shipping address correctly because we do not look at PayPal receipts for the shipping address.
4. Q: I usually wear a certain dress size. How do I know the corresponding size for this item?
We sell costumes, not designer clothing that come in a dozen sizes and made to fit 100% perfectly. If you're in doubt, choose the larger size, and if necessary, have it altered by a seamstress for a better fit. It's much easier to alter a larger outfit than to add fabric to one that is too small.
5. Q: How long do I have to pay for my items?
Buyers have 7 days to pay. If you are combining auction items, payment is due by the 7th day from the end of the FIRST item that you added to your cart.
6. Q: What's the difference between Paypal E-Cheques and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-Cheques require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-Cheque. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank's checking account to complete the transaction. Any payments made from your checking account through Paypal is an E-Cheque.
7. Q: I have not received my order yet. What's going on?
Please check your tracking number. Our packages are delivered by FedEx, and they require a signature upon delivery.
