It used to be you could only listen MP3 files on your computer's DVD drive. But newer DVD players may be capable of playing MP3 files in their native format. So you are not limited to only your computer. But you should check with the manufacturer of your player for this capability. This disc will not play on a standard CD MP3 player, it is a DVD disc, not a CD disc. It is also possible to transfer these programs to your iPod using iTunes. That is how I listen to them, and the quality is quite good.
